🧾 Return & Refund Policy – The Warsi Farm
We’re all about bringing you farm-fresh goodness, delivered right to your doorstep. But in the rare case something goes wrong — we’ve got you.
📦 Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.
If there’s a genuine quality issue, it must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Please send the following:
- Clear photos of the product
- Your Order ID
- Via WhatsApp at: +92 331 9911466 or +92 332 9911466
⚠️ Note: Complaints after the 2-hour window may not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer either:
- A partial/full refund, or
- A replacement, based on the issue
Refunds are processed through your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.). Please allow up to 7 business days for it to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
