Everything You Need to Know About Kinnow Cultivation in Pakistan

Ever wondered what makes Pakistan’s Kinnow oranges so flavorful? It’s not just the sun — it’s the perfect combination of soil, climate, and care.

Kinnow thrives in sandy loam to clay loam soils with good drainage, making Punjab’s plains ideal for cultivation. The tree prefers slightly acidic soil and requires plenty of sunshine. At The Warsi Farm, we ensure optimal growth by using natural compost, regular pruning, and minimal pesticide use.

The fruiting season begins around November and lasts till February, with each tree producing up to 2,000 fruits per season. After harvest, fruits are graded by size and quality — only the best make it to our premium Karachi customers.

We also use modern drip irrigation systems to conserve water and enhance fruit sweetness. These practices result in juicy, bright-colored Kinnows that not only dominate local markets but also meet international export standards.

From seedling to your doorstep, every Kinnow at The Warsi Farm tells a story of dedication and perfection — one that continues to make Pakistan proud.
